El Madroñal Residence, located between La Zagaleta and El Madroñal, will be an ultra-exclusive gated micro community of three houses. Each plot will be a minimum of 2,600m2, affording a feeling of privacy and space.

Because of its elevated position, perched upon the hills of the sierras, this stunning area is afforded some of the most spectacular views around. But this particular project has one factor singling it out from the rest – all of the plots are completely flat.

Built on the site of the old tennis club of El Madroñal, this superb plot is on level ground. Unlike other properties which are built into the mountain, or perched upon levels with uneven land and gardens that run irregularly down the sweeping hills, El Madroñal Residence will have all the benefits of its elevation but on an entirely uniform plot.

The houses will be bespoke villas designed by the renowned Melvin Villaroel Architects SL. Who’s previous work includes the Puente Romano and the Kempinski Hotels as well as some of the most exclusive developments in Spain (Torre Bermeja, Ventura del Mar and La Alzambra). Founded by Chilean-born Melvin Villaroel, the practice, has won countless awards for architecture, and is now run by his sons, Pablo and Matias Villaroel, both accomplished architects in their own right.

Villaroel uses only the highest quality materials and has selected a fabulous range of designs and finishes in order to give clients the very best choice in order to create their ideal home.
